FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to pathophysiology and experimental transplantology, and can be used for long-term viability of donor organs, restoration of viability of grafts obtained from donors. Device comprises container-thermostat consisting of body, cover and handle, thermal sensor, reservoir for donor organ, cold accumulators, cannula for donor organ vessels, a humidifier with a rotameter, a pressure reducer, a gas cylinder, two pressure gauges for monitoring gas pressure at the output of the cylinder and in cannulas, and connecting lines. At that, external walls of the housing and cover are made of impact-resistant plastic, inner walls of housing include heat-insulating layer, in the container cover there is a thermo-cooling unit, a fan, a processor, a device for autonomous power supply. Cannulas for the donor organ vessels are made of plastic and connected to the humidifier and via a pressure reducer via a pressure reducer with a gas bottle.
EFFECT: ensuring prolonged preservation of viability of donor organs of experimental animal for more than 24 hours and antiischemic protection of transplants obtained from donors with extended evaluation criteria.
