FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to versions of a method for creating surgical templates for implant rehabilitation of a patient. Three-dimensional digital models of jaws are obtained and the position of the lower jaw in the starting position is recorded. X-ray contrast templates are made and computed tomography is performed to identify X-ray contrast marks. Lower jaw is segmented on a tomogram for virtual displacement of condylar processes relative to slopes of articular tubercles. In one version, using the gnathometer principle, the position of the jaws is determined and the X-ray contrast patterns are fixed in the found ratio. Three-dimensional models of the jaws in the starting position are compared with the tomogram; a virtual prosthesis is created and the surgical templates are modeled. In the second version, templates with slots are made for an individual prototype of the central yoke of the axiograph with positioners. Axiography is performed with the lower jaw in the starting position. Axiography and tomography data are analyzed to set the correct position of the lower jaw and to simulate the surgical templates.

EFFECT: enabling creation of surgical templates for implant rehabilitation of the patient taking into account the virtual prosthetics taking into account the found physiological position of the lower jaw.
