FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: use: to create a power converter. Essence of the invention lies in the fact that the power converter contains: two switching elements connected in series; a positive electrode plate connected to a high voltage terminal of a series connection of two switching elements; lining of the negative electrode, connected to the low voltage terminal of the series connection of two switching elements; lining at the midpoint, connected to the midpoint of the series connection of two switching elements; the first heat sink with electrical conductivity, while the first heat sink is located opposite the positive electrode plate, with the first insulating layer located between the first heat sink and the positive electrode plate, and the first heat sink is located opposite the negative electrode plate, with the first insulating layer located between the first heat sink and the negative electrode plate, with the first heat sink connected to a ground terminal maintained at zero potential; and a second heat sink with electrical conductivity, while the second heat sink is located opposite the lining at a midpoint with a second insulating layer located between the second heat sink and the lining at a midpoint, while the second heat sink is isolated from the ground terminal.

EFFECT: technical result: providing the possibility of reducing common mode noise without reducing the cooling efficiency.
