FIELD: agriculture; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the agricultural machine building, in particular, to the tillage tools working bodies manufacturing. Tillage implements working bodies blades hardening method involves the blade back side heating with the reverse polarity electric arc during the electrode movement along the curved path, formed by the linear movement parallel to the blade sharp edge and rotation around the vertical axis, at that, the working body is made of high-strength cast iron, blade back side surface heating is carried out with direct current using the tungsten electrode, wherein the electrode rotation around the vertical axis diameter is set equal to the blade width, for the electrode one revolution around the vertical axis the linear displacement will be 3 mm, the rotation frequency ω is expressed by the ω = k⋅30 min1 dependence, where k = 1.5 with the blade thickness of 2.0 ≤ δ ≤ 3.0 mm, k = 1.0 with the blade thickness of 3.1 ≤ δ ≤ 5.0 mm, k = 0.8 with the blade thickness of 5.1 ≤ δ ≤ 7.0 mm.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in the tillage implements working bodies blades wear resistance and performance characteristics.
