FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used to connect the reflectometric device to overhead power lines (OL), including those under operating voltage, to which the equipment of the high-frequency (HF) communication of the substation is connected, in order to determine the location of damage or non-uniformity of overhead lines. In the initial state, the HF communication equipment is connected to the OL via a coupling capacitor, an attachment filter and a normally closed first electromagnetic key. Additionally, two electronic and two electromagnetic keys are used, which are open in the initial state. Before the start of the reflectometric measurement, a path is created for the high-frequency signal to pass parallel to the closed first electromagnetic key, for which the serially connected second electromagnetic key, the first electronic key, the third electromagnetic key are closed in series. After that, the first electromagnetic key is opened. Then the first electronic key is opened, the second electronic key is closed, which provides for the connection of the reflectometric device with the overhead line. After the reflectometric measurement, the initial state is restored.
EFFECT: reduction of the absence of HF communication during the formation of the probe pulse and the reception of the reflectogram, and thereby increasing the electromagnetic compatibility of the HF communication equipment and the reflectometric device.
