SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. Cereal bar is proposed for feeding workers working with mercury and its inorganic compounds, which includes the following ingredients: oat bran, raisins, dates, crushed peanuts, bee honey, coarse wheat fibre, rice flour, strawberries, sea cabbage, beetroot, sesame, coriander, apple, dried rosehip, butter, chlorella powder and coconut shavings with the following ratio of the initial components, wt%: coarse wheat fibre 5–6; rice flour 4–5; sesame seeds 2.0–2.5; crushed peanuts 3.0–3.5; chlorella powder 1.0–1.5; coconut shavings 2–3; dried dates 4–5; raisins 4–5; shredded beetroot 4–5; dried rosehip fruit 4.5–5; dried sea cabbage 4–5; strawberry 15.0–16.5; apple 9.0–10; butter 7–8.0; bee honey 7–8.5; coriander 2.5–3; oat bran – the balance.
EFFECT: invention provides the preparation of cereal bars intended to feed workers working with mercury and its inorganic compounds, which accelerate the removal of mercury compounds and its inorganic compounds from the body.
