SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics and fetal surgery. Carry out the operation using high-tech equipment. Install an intravenous catheter for continuous tocolysis during surgery. Determine the location of the fruit using ultrasound, in the amniotic cavity of the fetus – the recipient is injected surgical tube. Under the control of fetoscopy, the fetal surface of the placenta is examined. Then, the amniotic membrane is septomized with a Dornier Medilas Fibertom 8100 laser with a power up to 100 W and a wavelength of 1064 nm. After the end of the operation, antiseptic treatment of the area of introduction of the surgical tube is performed and an aseptic bandage is applied.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the frequency of complications and fetal mortality due to the fact that the method is non-contact, bloodless and accurate, to obtain a prolongation of pregnancy after surgery from 2 to 11½ weeks.
