FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely obstetrics and gynecology. In the venous blood of the pregnant determine the concentration of nitrogen nitrate (NO3) by a spectrophotometric method based on enzymatic conversion of nitrate to nitrite involving nitrate reductase in a Griess reaction using test systems "R & D Systems" (USA). Content of placental growth factor (PLGF) and endoglin (sEnd) is determined using commercial test systems "Bender Medsystems" (Austria). Detection is carried out on immunoenzymometric analyzer "Wallac 1420 (Victor2)" by "PerkinElmer" (Finland). A prognostic index DI is calculated by formula DI = 1.197X1 + 0.01X2 – 0.204X3 – 1.43X4 – 12.094, where X1 is length of gestation, weeks, X2 is concentration of PLGF, pg/ml, X3 is total NO3 concentration, mcmol/l, X4 is concentration of endoglin, ng/ml. If DI < 0, a high risk of antenatal fetal death in monochorionic twins is predicted after using fetoscopic laser coagulation of placental anastomoses.
EFFECT: method provides more effective prediction of the risk of antenatal fetal death in monochorionic twins after using fetoscopic laser coagulation of placental anastomoses to 80.2 %.
