FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry and can be used in the production of high-temperature alloys based on magnesium grades ML10, ML19 and in systems: Mg-Y-Sm-Zn-Zr, Mg-Sn-Zn-Y, Mg-Gd-Y-Zn-Mn, Mg-Y-Zn-Zr, Mg-Gd-Y-Zn-Zr. Ligature contains, by wt. %: zinc 10–40, yttrium 15–40, magnesium – the rest.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to completely and evenly distribute the alloying elements in high-temperature magnesium alloys, while the ligature of the proposed composition has a high processability.
