SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a stretching device. Technical result is achieved by stretching device (2) designed for extension of board filler strip (9) before application on board of tire. At that, stretching device (2) contains stretching roller (3) and multiple guide rollers (41–45) intended for direction of board filler strip (9) in the form of loop around stretching roller (3). Plurality of guide rollers (41-45) are configured to receive the board filler strip (9) with orientation at the inlet and with possibility of removing the board filler strip with orientation at the outlet. At that, plurality of guide rollers (41–45) are configured to direct one lateral side of board filler strip (9) with orientation at input and orientation at outlet at angles different from support angle (H) relative to axis (R) of rotation of stretching roller (3), so that board filler strip (9) is twisted at twisting angle making at least forty-five degrees.
EFFECT: technical result is simplification of design, improved ease of use and connection with other units of tire production in line.
