FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: performing strengthening treatment with microspheres, polishing, ion cleaning and ion-implantation treatment of blades. Ion-implantation treatment of the surface layer is carried out with nitrogen ions at energy from 0.8 keV to 1.8 keV, current intensity from 0.9 mA/cm2 up to 2.2 mA/cm2, with current frequency of 80 to 90 kHz to obtain implanted layer depth of 1 mcm to 8 mcm. In process of treatment, blisk is simultaneously rotated relative to its centre in plane perpendicular to its longitudinal axis and relative to axis formed by intersection of plane passing through axis of flow of implanted ions and centre of blisk with rotation speed providing processing of entire working surface of blisk blades. A stream of implanted ions is directed to the treated blisk only on one side of the blisk being treated.
EFFECT: invention relates to method of blisk blades strengthening from alloyed steels.
