FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, specifically to bicistronic vectors for the expression of toll-like receptors, and can be used in medicine for treating cancer. Bicistronic vector is constructed for expression of a toll-like receptor and its agonist in a mammal, cells of which have a high level of Coxsackie and adenovirus (CAR) receptor expression. Vector contains the first and second nucleic acids and the ubiquitin C promoter operably linked to the second nucleic acid. First nucleic acid encodes a toll-like receptor – TLR5, and the second nucleic acid encodes a toll-like receptor agonist – flagellin.

EFFECT: invention provides specific destruction of cancer cells by NF-κB-mediated apoptosis.
