FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: unit is designed for charging gas cylinders and pneumatic-hydraulic accumulators with nitrogen or other neutral gas from low-pressure gas sources. Unit contains inlet 1 and outlet 2 gas channels with high-pressure hoses, respectively, 3 and 4, hydraulic tank 5, adjustable displacement motor-pump 6 with power regulator, which drives the electric motor 7 of motor-pump 6, four-way hydraulic valve 8 with electric control, safety valve 9 with electric control, two pneumatic-hydraulic converters 10 and 11 of translational motion, control unit 12. Input channel 1 by means of a check valve 13 is connected to the gas cavity of the converter 10, which is connected by means of a check valve 14 to the output channel 2, and through a check valve 15 is connected to the gas cavity of the converter 11, which is connected by means of a check valve 16 to the output channel 2. First working channel of the motor-pump 6 is connected to the output channel of the hydraulic distributor 8 and through a check valve 17 to the hydraulic tank 5. Second working channel of the motor-pump 6 is connected to the pressure channel of the safety valve 9 and through a check valve 18 to the pressure channel of the hydraulic distributor 8. First actuating channel of the hydraulic distributor 8 is connected to the fluid cavity of the converter 10, and the second executive channel of the hydraulic distributor 8 is connected to the liquid cavity of the converter 11.

EFFECT: reduction of energy consumption for pumping a unit of mass of nitrogen from a gas cylinder to a rechargeable pneumohydraulic accumulator while increasing the productivity of the unit.
