SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aeronautical engineering, in particular, unmanned vehicles for monitoring the state or performing repair work on power lines. Method of capturing the power line wire by the working body of the executive unit of the device for remote control, equipped for delivering it to the place of work by an aircraft lifting means, includes the opening of the working body of the magnetic head during take-off, using the lifting force of the aircraft lifting means, when landing on the wire to close the magnetic head – the force of gravity of the aircraft lifting means, acting on the opening-closing mechanism as a result of movements of the aircraft lifting means relative to the actuating unit. Control device of power lines includes aircraft lifting means, the executive unit, comprising means for moving along a rope and a working member, for example a magnetic head of a magnetic flaw detector, a system of rods and levers, a sleeve, sitting on the guide of the executive unit with the possibility of sliding along it.

EFFECT: improving the reliability and safety of the robotic remote-controlled complexes.
