SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to dentistry, and is intended for use in therapeutic and orthopedic treatment of separate teeth, total reconstruction of occlusion interrelations in prosthetics, orthodontic treatment. Using the articulatory paper of a certain thickness in the oral cavity of the patient, point occlusion contacts are detected, after marking, the lower jaw dentition is photographed, conversion of images into digital form and recording in the form of three digits separated by commas, which denote number of contact points on lateral teeth of lower jaw, where the first figure denotes the maximum number of canines involving canine teeth, the second number indicates the number of contact points with the premolars involved, the third digit represents the molars, with a lower value of one of the components, that the occlusal contacts in this segment of the dentition differ from the norm of ideal values and selective tooth polishing, orthodontic or restoration treatment is required.

EFFECT: method enables objectively digital presentation of dental treatment results associated with changes in dental contacts, detecting occlusion contacts before, during and after treatment, which increases efficiency of therapeutic, orthopedic and orthodontic treatment in patients.
