FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology. For micro-invasive combined treatment of local retinal detachment in the lower segment before the intrascleral sealing of the viscoelastic, the YAG-laser retinotomy of the retinal valve base is performed with radiation at wave length 1,064 nm, spot diameter in focus of 8 mcm, pulse duration of 4 ns, mean pulse energy of 5.0 mJ.
EFFECT: method provides stable adaptation of detached retina to choroid with simultaneous reduction of detachment recurrence due to elimination of vitreoretinal traction syndrome in zone of valve rupture in lower segment when performing intrascleral filling.
