FIELD: petroleum industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of petroleum processing and petrochemistry, in particular, to a composition of a depressor-dispersing additive for diesel fuels. A depressor-dispersing additive for diesel fuels containing a mixture of a depressor and a dispersing component in a solvent, wherein a modified copolymer of maleic anhydride and alpha-olefins by the general formula (I) is used as a depressor component, wherein R1 is selected from hydrocarbon groups containing from 6 to 30 carbon atoms, and X and Y can be hydroxyls and(or) residues of amines or alcohols, or a mixture thereof, with a length of the alkyl radical C6 to C28, obtained by means of a reaction of a radical copolymerisation of maleic anhydride and a fraction of alpha-olefins C6 to C30 in the presence of a radical polymerisation initiator in a corresponding solvent, and further modification of the resulting copolymer with fatty amines or alcohols, or a mixture thereof, with the length of the alkyl C6 to C28, characterised by containing a bivalent compound obtained by means of a reaction of a multi-stage functionalisation of a rigid frame adamantane molecule producing a final product of 1,3,5-trialkylamide-7-aminoadamantane by the general formula (II) as a dispersing component, wherein R is selected from hydrocarbon groups containing from 6 to 26 carbon atoms, with the following ratio of components, % wt.: dispersing component from 3 to 30% wt., depressor component from 35 to 70% wt., solvent from 25 to 60% wt.

EFFECT: improvement in the operational characteristics of the diesel fuel, reduction in the extreme filterability temperature of the diesel fuel by 10 to 23°C, ensured sedimentation stability during cold storage thereof.
