SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organic chemistry and specifically to {1-[(2,5-dimethylphenyl)methyl]-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzimidazol-2-yl}(pyridin-4-yl)methanol. Invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition based thereon, use thereof and a method of treating rheumatoid arthritis and/or Crohn's disease.
EFFECT: technical result: obtaining a novel heterocyclic compound having the properties of a TNFα activity modulator.
