SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to vehicle illumination systems. Vehicle wheel illumination device comprises a photoluminescent fragment and a light source. Photoluminescent fragment is located on the surface of the wheel disc. Light source is located on the inside on a second component of the wheel. Light source is configured to emit light of a first wavelength, directed to the photoluminescent fragment. Photoluminescent fragment is adapted to convert the first wavelength to a second wavelength.
EFFECT: improved local lighting.
