FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of articles from hard alloy powder mixtures. Prepared press powder from hard alloy mixture by introducing binding fluid with subsequent briquetting of obtained mixture and rubbing formed briquettes with formation of press powder. Then, obtained press powder is subjected to pressing, and produced compressed workpiece is dried and directed for preliminary sintering in vacuum furnace, then the workpiece is plasticized and subjected to machining to size of 30–35 % more than the final dimensions of the finished product. Plasticizing agent is burnt and final billet is subjected to high-temperature sintering in vacuum furnace with subsequent final machining to final dimensions of finished article with polishing of working surfaces with diamond paste.
EFFECT: production of articles used in aggressive medium containing up to 25 % of hydrogen sulphide.
