Technical result is achieved by a filtration process, on which a filtering process is performed over a decoded image, which is obtained by summing the prediction image, which is formed by using said parameter for generating prediction signals, and decoded differential image obtained by restoring a compressed differential image, wherein during the filtering process, determining a class for each of the pixels constituting the decoded image, in accordance with a plurality of threshold values for performing a filtering process over a decoded image based on a filter obtained according to a defined class.
