FIELD: image processing means.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to encoding and decoding of images. Technical result is achieved by a filtration process, on which a filtering process is performed over a decoded image, which is obtained by summing a prediction image, which is formed by using said parameter to generate prediction signals, and a decoded differential image obtained by restoring the compressed differential image, wherein when performing the filtering process, determining a class for each of the pixels constituting the decoded image, in accordance with a plurality of threshold values for performing a filtering process over a decoded image based on a filter obtained according to a defined class.
EFFECT: technical result is higher accuracy of image processing.
