FIELD: image processing means.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to image processing. Technical result is achieved by performing a filtering process over a decoded image, which is obtained by summing the prediction image, which is formed by using said parameter for generating prediction signals and a decoded differential image obtained by restoring a compressed differential image, based on said filtering information, wherein, when performing the filtering process, determining a class for each of the pixels constituting the decoded image, in accordance with threshold values for performance of filtration process over each of pixels containing the specified decoded image on the basis of the filter received according to certain class.
EFFECT: technical result is higher accuracy of image processing.
