FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a plasma-chemical method of producing fine-dispersed powders of titanate and/or dysprosium hafnate. Plasma-chemical method of producing powder of titanate and/or dysprosium hafnate consists in that it is obtained by feeding into a straight-flow plasma-chemical reactor a mixture of solutions of nitrates of titanium and/or hafnium, dysprosium and nitric acid, which enables to obtain an equimolar mixture of oxides, trapping the formed powder particles and burning them.

EFFECT: invention enables to create a highly efficient method of producing powder of titanate or dysprosium hafnate with maximum simplification of the powder synthesis process with minimum use of auxiliary equipment.
