FIELD: printing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition of acrylate ink suitable for digital lithographic printing. Composition of said ink contains an ink base and a wax emulsion. Content of wax in the composition ranges from 1 to 5 wt%, water content is from 1 to 15 wt%. Viscosity of ink composition is from 80 to 400 Pa⋅s at 100 rad/s and 25 °C, stickiness of the ink composition ranges from 32 to 45 gm in 60 seconds.
EFFECT: invention improves stability of rheology of ink and accordingly possibility of delivering ink using an anilox roll type system, as well as improved image resolution in digital printing systems and longer service life of its subsystems.
