SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, specifically to a technology for producing live fluorescent microorganisms. Disclosed is a strain-producer of fluorescent protein Katushka2S based on Escherichia coli DH5α strain, transformed with expression vector plasmid pKatushka2S-B, containing nucleotide sequences of an inducible T5 promoter in the lac operon, the Katushka2S fluorescent protein fluorescent gene, the ampicillin resistance blat gene, providing intracellular production of long-red fluorescent protein Katushka2S, for performing ultra-high-performance screening.
EFFECT: invention can be used to search for antimicrobial preparations possessing bacteriostatic or bactericidal action in relation to various Escherichia coli bacterial strains.
