FIELD: internal combustion engines.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in internal combustion engines with turbochargers. Connecting assembly (100) of turbosupercharger operating on exhaust gases is intended for connection of turbosupercharger to exhaust manifold of engine. Turbocharger coupling assembly (100) comprises first flange (112) and one or several protruding edges (120). First flange (112) is made with possibility of connection with exhaust manifold of the engine. Projecting edge (120) is connected to first flange (112) and protrudes above first flange (112) with formation of groove (122) between first flange (112) and projecting edge (120). Groove (122) is designed to receive second flange (114) connected to the turbosupercharger so as to limit the divergence of the first and second flanges (112) and (114) from each other in their assembled condition. Part of second flange (114) received by slot (122) comprises rounded edge (114e) passing in direction from mating surface of first flange (112) and second flange (114) to protruding edge (120) when first and second flanges (112) and (114) are connected. Extending edge (120) comprises convex and concave sections (124a'') and (124a'). Conradial section (124a'') passes in direction of mating surface of first flange (112) and second flange (114). Concave section (124a') extends in direction from mating surface of first flange (112) and second flange (114). Lateral side of second flange (114), which is opposite to the part of the second flange received by the slot, is connected to first flange (112) by means of fastening element (130). Rounded edge (114e) of second flange (114) changes into mating surface. Version of connecting unit of turbosupercharger, engine and method of connection of turbosupercharger are disclosed.

EFFECT: technical result is reduction of engine dimensions.
