If total score is +7 and more, development of postoperative sterno-mediastinitisis predicted.

EFFECT: method enables predicting development of postoperative sterno-mediastinitis before surgical intervention, timely taking preventive measures and improving treatment results by evaluating a complex of the most significant risk factors.
