SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, gynecology, uroandrology, devices intended for insertion into vaginal canal or for penis placement during sexual intercourse, which comprises a selectively permeable separation wall for accumulating X-bearing spermatozoa, or Y-bearing sperm cells. Selectively permeable separating wall is formed as polymer mesh or fabric with cells and pores. Their size corresponds to the size of sperm cells carrying the Y-chromosome, so that the selectively permeable separation wall has high permeability for sperm cells carrying the Y chromosome. Statistical number of pores per unit surface area is in range of 10,000 mm-2 up to 50,000 mm-2, preferably with nominal pore size in the range of approximately 3.800 to 4.900 mcm. Device itself can have the shape of a condom, a pessary or a diaphragm and can be contained in a set with lubrication.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides accumulation of sperm cells carrying X- (not passing through the separation wall) or Y-chromosome (passing through the separation wall) to ensure selection of the sex of the unborn child.
