FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to the field of oncology, and concerns methods for predicting the risk of developing lymphogenous metastasis in invasive carcinoma of the nonspecific type of the mammary gland. Method for predicting lymphogenous metastasis includes evaluating the infiltrative component of the tumor tissue, where distinguish the presence of different types of structures from 1 to 5, among which are alveolar, tubular, trabecular, solid structures and discrete groups of tumor cells, further determine the presence of crowding in alveolar, tubular, trabecular and solid structures of the infiltrative tumor component, evaluate the receptor status and expression of markers of invasive cell growth (Snail), integrin β1 and integrin β3, and also determine the presence of sites of the focal absence of ER, RP and Ki67 expression along the periphery of different types of structures of the infiltrative component. These indicators are evaluated in scores and the probability of lymphogenous metastases is calculated: for the probability P ≥50 % determine a high, and for a probability of P <50 % – a low risk of developing lymphogenous metastases.
EFFECT: invention provides high reliability, accuracy and informativeness of the predicting the risk of lymphogenous metastasis in invasive carcinoma of the nonspecific type of the mammary gland.
