FIELD: image processing means.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to image processing. Technical result is achieved by selecting, from a plurality of blocks of different sizes, a block of a given size as a current block for internal prediction, performing a filtration process on neighboring pixels adjacent to the current block for internal prediction, using filter coefficients with values set according to the size of the block for the current block for internal prediction, controlling the filtering process in order to perform the filtering on or off with respect to neighboring pixels based on the mode number of the internal prediction mode, performing internal prediction for current pixel in current block using neighboring pixels as reference pixels for internal prediction to generate prediction image, encoding image data using prediction image.
EFFECT: technical result consists in removal of noise depending on images and bitrates, high efficiency of prediction.
