FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry, petrochemistry and oil refining, in particular, to a method of preparing catalysts for synthesis gas production by reaction of carbon dioxide conversion of methane. Method of preparing catalyst comprises dissolving precursor salts, adding complexing agent, evaporation of solution, calcining in muffle furnace, wherein additional salt of precursor is cobalt nitrate Co(NO3)2⋅3H2O, before adding complexing agent precursor salts Gd(NO3)3⋅6H2O, Fe(NO3)3⋅9H2O, Co(NO3)2⋅3H2O, taken in molar ratio 1:x:(1-x), where x = 0–0.9, is dissolved in deionised water, as complexing agent used is citric acid, taken in weight ratio to mixture of nitrates from 2:1 to 2.5:1, after complete dissolution of citric acid is added with ammonia solution until pH is set from 6 to 6.5, and obtained after evaporation of powder is calcined at 450 °C for 2 hours and 1–2 hours at temperature of 600–800 °C.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of time and reduction of temperature of heat treatment, reduction of number of stages and amount of used reagents, which reduces economic costs for preparation of catalyst.
