SUBSTANCE: invention relates to confectionary industry and may be used for production of flour confectionary goods for functional food. Disclosed is a composition for preparation of jam of functional purpose, containing fruit-and-berry raw materials, including fresh apples, sugar beet, berries of Amur grape, and which additionally contains rhodiola rosea extract, eleuterococcus extract and VitaLAG supplements, with following content of initial components, kg: fresh apples 20–25; sugar beet 70–75; Amur grape berries 1.5–2.0; rhodiola rosea extract 0.5–1.0; eleutherococcus extract 0.5–1.0; VitalAG supplements 1.5–2.0.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce jam with increased biological value for dietary and diabetic nutrition.
