FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to neurology and radiodiagnosis, can be used to assess involvement of disturbed liquorodynamics in the development of a diffuse white matter disorder in cerebral microangiopathy. It involves phase-contrast MR-tomography (2D fast cine phase-contrast MRI) of the brain at the cerebral aqueduct level, placing the image cutting plane perpendicular to the cerebrospinal fluid cerebrospinal fluid current. Coding rate is 10 cm/s. Then, the obtained volume of 32 frames is used to calculate the CSF volume per unit time. At its value of 53.134 mm3/s and more, presence of disturbed liquorodynamics in white matter diffuse involvement in cerebral microangiopathy is evaluated.
EFFECT: method provides high accuracy of analysis by calculating the CSF volume per unit time during phase-contrast MR-tomography.
