SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely immunology, and can be used to assess sensibilizing properties of mycobacteria and mycobacterial antigens. That is ensured by administering into a body of albino guinea-pigs or guinea-pigs with white sides material containing mycobacteria or mycobacterial antigens. Subsequent determination of allergic reactivity of guinea pigs, 30–35 days later, is carried out by the manifestation and intensity of skin reaction of FDF within 24 hours after intradermal introduction into the right side surface of two doses of PPD for mammals containing 2.5 ng of protein and 0.1 ng of protein, and in the left side surface of two doses PPD for birds containing 2.5 ng protein and 0.1 ng protein.

EFFECT: invention provides higher information value and accuracy of the method for assessing sensibilizing properties of mycobacteria and mycobacterial antigens.
