FIELD: measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for non-destructive quality control of magnetic films and study of their high-frequency characteristics by recording the ferromagnetic resonance spectra of thin-film specimens in a wide band. The measuring cell of a broadband ferromagnetic resonance spectrometer comprises a short-circuited asymmetric strip line placed in an electromagnetic shield and a microwave connector located perpendicular to the strip line. The electromagnetic screen is a closed metal case of the cell, on the upper side of which there is a microwave connector, and in the lower part of the side there is a hole for installing the test specimen of a thin magnetic film into the gap between the segment of the asymmetric strip line and the screen, and the dimensions of the hole are larger than the overall dimensions of the test specimen.
EFFECT: increased upper operating frequency of the cell and simplified procedure for changing the test specimen.
