SUBSTANCE: saturated zinc polyphosphate complex solution contains zinc chloride and sodium hexametaphosphate as ingredients; where the relative amount of zinc chloride and sodium hexametaphosphate provides a molar ratio of phosphorus and zinc, ranging from 6:1 to 20:1. Also disclosed is a method of producing a soluble zinc polyphosphate complex.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides deposition of a complex for occluding the dentinal tubules, reducing sensitivity.
