FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for producing structurally gradient powder materials by evaporation-condensation of material in high-frequency induction plasma. Structurally gradient powder materials are manufactured using a device comprising a high-frequency induction plasmatron, the output of which is connected to the reaction chamber, characterized in that it is equipped with a probe installed in the plasmatron with a supply device for adding to the initial part of the plasma torch a filler material in the form of a metal powder of micron or submicron size, an aerosol of a solution of metal salts or a filler material in a gaseous state, and metal powder for formation of core of structural-gradient material is carried out either through a probe for supply of filler material, or by means of at least two nozzles with variable orientation angle relative to axis of reaction chamber for directed supply of powder to final in plasma flow part of plasma flame.
EFFECT: disclosed is a device for producing structurally gradient powder materials (versions).
