FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine and cosmetic industry, namely to microneedles for drug delivery and skin care containing cross-linked hyaluronic acid and non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid, where the cross-linked hyaluronic acid dry substance content is equal to or less than 15 % (wt/vol), and to the microneedle preparation method.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides excellent swelling characteristics, thus, microneedles easily absorb body fluids, resistance to enzyme hydrolysing hyaluronic acid, prolongs the microstructure residence time in the body and, thus, provides stable delivery into the body of the active components loaded into microneedles.
