FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of organic substances, namely to methods of producing ash-free organic modifiers of friction based on esters of dithiocarbamic acid, which can be used in oil refining and petrochemistry when producing modern and high-quality lubricants (oils and greases). Disclosed is a method of producing an anti-wear additive - ash-free dithiocarbamate, involving non-catalytic reaction of stoichiometric amounts of the corresponding diamine, carbon disulphide and haploid alkyl, and its introduction into the lubricant compositions, according to which interaction of initial components is carried out in one step when exposed to ultrasonic radiation with frequency of 25 kHz for 3–6 hours at temperature of 25–50 °C and directly in the absence of separation and purification steps are introduced into the composition of lubricating oil or grease in amount of 0.5–2 wt% with respect to the end lubricating product.
EFFECT: high output of anti-wear additives based on ash-free dithiocarbamates to near theoretical (98–100 %) and simplification of the method, both by avoiding additional steps of separating and purifying the end product and working with the solvent, and by eliminating the hardware associated with them.
