SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a promoter containing a nucleotide sequence presented under SEQ ID NO: 1. Described is a nucleic acid regulating expression containing said promoter. Presented is an expression vector containing an expression regulating sequence and a target gene operatively linked to an expression regulating sequence. Also disclosed is a shuttle expression vector comprising an expression control sequence and a target gene operably linked to an expression control sequence. Described is a prokaryotic host cell for producing an end product containing said vector. Host cell can represent a bacterial cell belonging to the genus Corynebacterium or genus Escherichia. Disclosed is a method of producing an end product, the method comprising: culturing a host cell and extracting the target product from a host cell or culture medium containing a cultured host cell.
