SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for preventing the formation of funnels in apparatus with mixing devices (stirrers) due to the liquid rotation deceleration in the immediate vicinity of the walls of the apparatus due to the reflecting partitions and can be used in chemical, food, pharmaceutical and other industries, in treatment plants for waste water treatment, especially where fixation of reflecting partitions directly on walls of apparatus or on its cover is difficult or impossible due to heterogeneity of materials of apparatus and partitions (including in apparatus made from polymer materials), insufficient strength or rigidity of walls of apparatus and its cover, with limited access inside apparatus. Device for preventing funnels in apparatus with mixer comprises reflecting partitions installed vertically in housing of apparatus in close proximity to wall of apparatus, preferably with equal pitch between adjacent partitions, in lower part comprises dismountable ring-shaped frame located at the bottom of apparatus, directly or on legs, and in upper part - central ring with radial cross-arms attached to it, wherein the reflecting partitions are fastened by means of fastening elements to the ring-shaped frame and cross-arms, wherein the central ring is made with an inner diameter exceeding the diameter of the mixing device, and the cross-arms are configured to adjust the partitions radial position.

EFFECT: invention prevents generation of funnels in apparatus with mixing devices with limited possibilities of fixing reflecting partitions directly on walls of apparatus or on its cover.
