FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrolytic-plasma polishing of articles and can be used in turbomachinery during treatment of blisk blades of gas turbine engines (GTE) to ensure required physical and mechanical and operational properties of parts of turbomachines, as well as preparatory operation before ion-implantation modification of part surface and application of protective ion-plasma coatings. Device comprises current-conducting element for blisk connection, electrically insulating screen made with possibility of its fixation on blisk, wherein screen is composite, with individual detachable screens for blisk disc and each of its blades, with possibility of individual screen removal from current treated blade during its polishing in electrolyte, at that detachable screens are made of silicone film and provided with retaining seals to provide preset arrangement and fixation of shields on blisk and sealing blisk from electrolyte.

EFFECT: higher quality and reliability of the blisk process of gas turbine engine compressor.
