FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electropolishing of parts of complex shape and can be used in turbomachine building during blisk blades processing of gas turbine compressors to provide required physical-mechanical and operational properties of parts of turbomachines. Proposed method comprises fixation of blisk on holder, immersion of blisk blades into electroconductive granules filling working container, connection of blisk to anode, and electroconductive granules to cathode and polishing to produce preset roughness of surface of blisk blades. Working container used is an elastic tubular cover from electrically insulating material with an electrode located inside, an elastic cover is put on the treated blade, the elastic cover is filled with electroconductive granules, the granules are brought into vibration motion and back-and-forth movement along the back and the trough of the blade, which ensures uniform washing of the back and trough blades by the granules. Working container is made of elastic electrically insulating material in the form of a tubular jacket, with dimensions and shape ensuring coverage of the entire treated surface of the blisk blade and its placement in the interspace.
EFFECT: high reliability of the polishing process of blisk blades, as well as high quality and uniformity of processing their surface.
