FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electropolishing blisk blades and can be used in turbomachinery construction when processing blisk blades compressors of gas turbine engines, to ensure required physical-mechanical and operational properties of parts of turbomachines, as well as preparatory operation before ion-implantation modification of part surface and application of protective ion-plasma coatings. Method comprises filling working container with electroconductive granules, fixing blisk on holder, immersion blisk into electroconductive granules, which fill working container and made in the form of porous granules from sulphonated copolymer of styrene-divinylbenzene, pores of which are filled with electrolyte without formation of an electrolyte film on the outer surface of the granule, connection blisk to anode, and granules to cathode and polishing till preset roughness of vane surface is obtained blisk, wherein blisk are immersed into electroconductive granules partially at depth, providing complete immersion of segment blisk with located in its centre blade, and electroconductive granules are brought into continuous reciprocating motion with amplitude of 22 kHz in direction along back and trough of blade, which provides uniform washing with electrically conducting granules of back and trough of blade, and rotated blisk relative to its axis with speed providing for polishing of surface of blisk blades to obtain a given roughness in at least one turning cycle blisk relative to its axis.
EFFECT: higher quality and uniformity of parts surface treatment.
