FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: present invention discloses a rigid stand control device. Device consists of moving element, transmitting element, drive element, guide element and casing on main lower platform. Drive element consists of an inclination sensor and a pressure sensor connected to the microcontroller, wherein the microcontroller is connected to the drive, the drive - with a brushless DC motor. On the output shaft of the brushless DC motor there is an optical encoder connected to the drive. Moving element consists of driven output shaft and driven output shaft. Said side plates to drive output shaft and driven output shaft are coupled with wheel bush to accommodate permanent magnet and rubber outer surface. Transmitting element consists of worm, which is connected to output shaft of brushless DC motor, worm gear on driven output shaft engaged with worm, synchronization pulleys on driven output shaft and driven output shaft and synchronization belt enveloping synchronization pulleys. Guide element consists of guide wheel.
EFFECT: present invention increases speed of control of rigid guide and indirectly affects growth of capacity of coal mine.
