SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology. Disclosed is a Corynebacterium glutamicum strain producing L-leucine deposited in a Korean Center for Cultures of Microorganisms (KCCM) with an access number KCCM11662P. Disclosed is a method of producing L-leucine using said strain.

EFFECT: group of inventions enables to obtain Corynebacterium glutamicum strain resistant to L-leucine and its derivative and which is not subject to inhibition by leucine or its derivative by feedback type, as a result of which said strain produces L-leucine with high efficiency and high output as compared to initial parent strain.
