SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to biotechnology and microbiology, in particular to a microorganism having L-leucine productivity, and a method for producing L-leucine using this microorganism, and more particularly to a Corynebacterium glutamicum mutant having resistance to L-leucine and its derivative and improved L-leucine productivity, and to a method for producing L-leucine using this microorganism.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain L-leucine with a high degree of efficiency.
