Cutter comprises front and rear ends and peripheral surface, cutting part and tail part, wherein the cutting portion comprises a tooth extending from the front end to the peripheral surface, comprises a front surface, a convex radial rear surface and a cutting edge formed at the intersection of the front surface and the convex radial rear surface. Vertex has profile with shape of circular arc, which forms part of imaginary circle and rear surface connected with front surface and with convex radial rear surface and extending behind from radial tangential plane.
