FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to circuitry. Flip-flop logic NAND element is proposed, which contains five transistors, seven resistors and a source of supply voltage. At that, additional transistor (p-n-p) and three additional resistors are introduced into it, additional transistor and the first additional resistor are connected in series, emitter of additional transistor is connected to common output of second resistor and collector of second transistor, base of additional transistor is connected to common output of fourth resistor and collector of fourth transistor, common output of collector of additional transistor and first additional resistor is connected to base of fourth transistor, free output of first additional resistor is connected to output of device, second additional resistor is connected between the emitter of the fourth transistor and the output of the device, and the third additional resistor - between "earth" and common terminal of fourth resistor, collector of fourth transistor and base of additional transistor.
EFFECT: technical result is increased loading capacity of triggering logic element NAND.
